Sevigne will accept merchandise in its original unused conditions, excluding bottoms, for a refund or exchange by the original sale confirmation email or invoice within 14 days of arrival.

Bottoms are final sale.

After 14 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than defective material.

All sale and discounted items (promotion code included) are considered final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Sevigne reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, washed or altered in any way. All merchandise must remain in original packaging with all tags attached.

All returns are at the expense of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty. Please email us customercare@sevigne.com.au to begin a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please state your order number, style, size and reason for return/refund and confirm your items meet the return/refund criteria.

Once your items have been received and approved, we will process the refund/exchange within 5 days. You will receive an email notification of your refund/exchange once it is complete.

Processing times depend on your bank. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs.

Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email we have on file.

If an exchange, you will be notified of shipment and tracking in a separate email.

Sevigne is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address.
