SHIPPING & RETURNS

PLEASE EXPECT SHIPMENT DELVERY DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19 AND SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES. WE ARE TRYING OUR VERY BEST TO GET YOUR PURCHASE TO YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER.

SEVIGNE will accept merchandise in its original unused conditions, excluding bottoms, for a refund or exchange by the original sale confirmation email or invoice within 14 days of arrival.

Bottoms are final sale. 

After 14 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than defective material.

All sale and discounted items (promotion code included) are considered final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

SEVIGNE reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, washed or altered in any way. All merchandise must remain in original packaging with all tags attached.

All returns are at the expense of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty. Please email us orders@sevigne.com.au to begin a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please state your order number, style, size and reason for return/refund and confirm your items meet the return/refund criteria.

Once your items have been received and approved, we will process the refund/exchange within 5 days. You will receive an email notification of your refund/exchange once it is complete.

Processing times depend on your bank. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs.

Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email we have on file.

If an exchange, you will be notified of shipment and tracking in a separate email.

Sevigne is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders are shipped from Surrey, B.C, CANADA.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Check your spam folder if you did not receive this email in your inbox.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays including lost or damaged packages.

CANADA ORDERS

Shipping within Canada is a $10 flat rate. All Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial taxes, these are the responsibility of the receiver. All orders have an estimated delivery of 2-10 business days to arrive.

US ORDERS

US shipping rates are $15 flat rate. All orders have an estimated delivery of 3-14 business days. US orders are subject to local import duties and taxes, these are the responsibility of the receiver. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

We are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all shipments.

Please note if you are shipping a gift, the cost of the item will be included on customs declaration on outside of package.

Any shipping and duties fees are non-refundable.

Prices displayed on our site are quoted in Canadian or US dollars. Orders shipped within Canada will be charged in CAD, orders shipped outside of Canada will be charge in USD.
