For orders within Australia

Processing times of orders are generally within 24hrs if the order is placed on a weekday. If the order is placed on the weekend, the order will be processed on the first trading day. We will be in contact if the order is processed outside this window for any reason.

For a limited time we are offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to eligible locations. The shipping charge at the end of this offer is $10 per order.

Standard delivery times in Australia range from 3 to 14 business days depending on location.
Express delivery times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on location*.

*Express shipping may not be available in some regional & remote locations. If this is the case, express shipping will not be displayed as an option at check out.

Standard delivery times for orders outside are based on orders being fulfilled in Canada and can range from 3 to 15 business days, depending on location.
