All of our Underwear bottoms and swimwear are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. For hygienic reasons, it will not be accepted.

Please email us immediately at customercare@sevigne.com.au clearly stating your order number and what you would like to change. We cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your change but will do our very best to.

All orders are shipped from Surrey B.C, Canada.

Canada orders - All orders have an estimated delivery of 2-10 business days to arrive.

US orders - All orders have an estimated delivery of 3-14 business days to arrive.

Please note that due to COVID-19 further delays may occur during shipping.

Hand wash items in cold water, with like colours and lay flat to dry. Do not dry clean, tumble dry or iron.

Canada orders are $10 flat rate. US orders are $15 flat rate plus import duties and taxes.

Please email customercare@sevigne.com.au to begin a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please state your order number, style, size and reason for return and confirm your items meet the return/exchange criteria.

Yes, due to COVID-19 and social distancing measures, all orders are picked and packed within 3 business days. You will receive a shipment notification email once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Further delays may occur due to COVID-19 whilst in transit.

No, discounted and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This also includes garments purchased with influencer discounts.
